Cocoloco is derived only from Thai Nam Hom coconuts. Nam Hom coconuts have a pandan-like fragrance and light, natural sweetness. Cocoloco coconut water is produced using high pressure processing (HPP). Utilising pressure instead of heat, it is the least invasive method of processing coconut water. Keeping it heat-less means that not only is there minimal loss of nutrients, it also allows the coconut water to retain the unadulterated taste of fresh coconuts.
