Chilli Fishcake Balls

Delicious Chilli Fishcake Balls used Sasha's fresh sea bass fillet and fresh vege

Serves 4 


250g Local Barramundi (Seabass) Fillets, coarsely diced⁣⁣⁣
2-3 red chillies, diced⁣⁣⁣
1/2 carrot, diced⁣⁣⁣
70g pork mince
5 prawns, diced⁣⁣⁣
Some spring onions, diced⁣⁣⁣
1/2 tsp salt⁣⁣⁣
1 tsp light soya sauce⁣⁣⁣
Few pinches of pepper⁣⁣⁣
1 tbsp shallot oil⁣⁣⁣
1 tsp onion powder⁣⁣⁣
2 tsp corn flour⁣⁣⁣
3 tbsp water⁣⁣⁣


  1. Combine fish, minced meat and prawns together
  2. Blend them finely in the blender
  3. Add the chillies, carrots and spring onions and mix all together
  4. Throw the fish mixture into the mixing bowl a few times to increase its elasticity. Cover and set aside in the fridge for around 2 hours⁣
  5. Wet the hands and using thumb and first finger, squeeze out the fish mixture into balls and scrape away with hand or spoon
  6. Continue with the rest of the mixture until all is used up
  7. Finish with the rest of the fish mixture and cook them in your desired soup
