Easy Turkey Noodle Soup

Delicious Easy Turkey Noodle Soup cook with Sasha's organic ingredient

Delicious and hearty, this dish is perfect for using up your leftover holiday turkey.

INGREDIENTS

1l Organic Chicken Bone Broth
2 carrots, peeled and chopped
140g Spaghetti
200g leftover turkey
1 bunch spring onions, sliced, white and green parts separated

METHOD
  1. Bring the stock to the boil and throw in the carrots. Boil for 4 mins, then add the spaghetti and simmer for 3 mins.
  2. Stir in the turkey, and the white part of the spring onions, heat for 1 min or until everything is hot through. Ladle into bowls, scatter with the green part of the onions to serve.
