  1. Preheat oven to 180°C
  2. To make garlic-herb butter, mix soft butter, garlic confit, chopped parsley, and chives in a bowl.
  3. Massage the garlic-herb butter onto the chicken.
  4. Place the marinated chicken in a roasting dish with chicken broth.
  5. Roast for 2-2.5 hours, while basting the buttery broth over the chicken halfway through.
  6. The finished broth is also perfect for cooking Lua Tua Pasta, making it a perfect complementary side dish to your centerpiece!
