A thick-crust loaf with a unique, chewy texture, baked on the hearth. 700g, 10-11 slices. Frozen.

Made with home-brewed natural yeast and wholewheat flour. The thick crust and unique, chewy, loose texture of this loaf is the result of the special dough-handling techniques used during the baking process. The long, slow-fermented, free-form dough is baked on the hearth. 


Wholewheat flour, home-brewed sourdough starter, malted-wheat flakes, barley malt, water, sea salt.
