Made with home-brewed natural yeast and wholewheat flour. The thick crust and unique, chewy, loose texture of this loaf is the result of the special dough-handling techniques used during the baking process. The long, slow-fermented, free-form dough is baked on the hearth.
Ingredients: flour (white and wholemeal), home-brewed yeast starter, multi-grains, flaxseeds, white malt, water, salt.
