    Grass fed shabu

    It’s not easy to find grass fed shabu shabu beef. This one checks all the right boxes in terms of taste and price. Will buy again.

    Brilliant in chicken soup

    We love dropping this amazing shabu shabu into a pot of boiling bone broth or stock. It's a really easy supper which we all love - either with rice or noodles. It's not easy to find good shabu shabu but this is the best.
