Shaped by New Zealand's highly productive rolling lowlands and mild climate, we source our lamb from the farms on the east coast of the North Island of New Zealand. Our lamb is sourced from private, quality-focused farmers, proud of their heritage and reputation. The lambs are grass fed on open pastures and are given no genetically modified products. Raised without antibiotics and absolutely no nasties. This product is also Halal certified.
