The Japanese version of hotpot, shabu shabu is a meal best enjoyed with family and friends. Typically, guests are presented with beef and pork shabu shabu, tofu, enoki mushrooms and other assorted vegetables. These are then cooked on a portable gas stove in the centre of the table in a rich broth, before being dipped into ponzu or sesame sauces. 250g.
