Made using premium quality Italian durum wheat flour, this pasta has a generous egg content (28%). A very versatile pasta that can be boiled and served with a sauce, baked in the oven, or served as cold pasta! 250g per pack. Frozen.

Serving Suggestion
Cook for 5-6 minutes in boiling water. 

Flour 00 (Wheat), Pasteurised Egg (30%), Durum Wheat Flour, Salt.

Dusted with rice flour.
