Mushroom Tortelloni

Product Description

Hand folded one by one and filled with Italian porcini and other mushrooms. Chopped fresh parsley and hard Italian cheese are added to balance the delicious umami flavours. They cook in only 3/4 minutes in salted boiling water then just drizzle with olive oil and season. 250g per pack (serves 2)


Durum Wheat Flour, Water. Mixed Mushrooms (50%), Ricotta cheese (Milk), Italian Grated Cheese (Milk, Salt, Vegetarian Rennet, Preservative: Egg Lysozyme), Pasteurised Free Range Egg, Parsley, Salt, Garlic, White Wine, Black Pepper. Dusted with Rice Flour.
