Pumpkin Tortelloni

Product Description

Made by hand, these Tortelloni are filled with sweet Italian pumpkins, delicate fresh Italian ricotta, parmesan and a touch of nutmeg.  I love to add fresh sage and melted butter when I make these. They cook in only 3/4 minutes in salted boiling water. 250g per pack (serves 2)


Durum Wheat Flour, Water. Pumpkin (54%), Ricotta cheese (Milk), Italian Grated Cheese (Milk, Salt, Vegetarian Rennet, Preservative: Egg Lysozyme), Breadcrumbs (Wheat Flour, Salt, Yeast), Salt, Nutmeg. Dusted with Rice Flour.
