    A delicious centrepiece that is traditionally eaten during the festive period, but works perfectly for when you simply want to impress a crowd, be it friends or family. Lovingly prepared by our own chef with no preservatives or additives. 500-700g, frozen. Serves 3-4.

    Defrost in refrigerator for up to 6 hours and reheat in the oven at 180 degrees C for approximately 10 minutes.

    A surprise

    Have to be honest that I was not expecting too much from this as it comes frozen. Bought it largely as a convenient fallback in case I ran out of ideas mid-week. But once heated, it was succulent, and quite delicious! 4 and not 5 stars as a bit pricey.

    Taste of Christmas

    This tastes absolutely delicious. I defrosted and warmed it up - so succulent and perfect to feed a small crowd. We also ate it cold the next day for lunch. Would recommend.
