This is Chef Eddie's take on the classic local beef and coconut stew. This hearty beef rendang stew gets its flavours from the myriad of local herbs and aromatics (like lemongrass, turmeric and tamarind), grass-fed Australian beef and hours of slow cooking.

No additives or preservatives are used in this dish.
