Wild-caught Australian gold band snapper combined with herbs and spices to create a  burger with quinoa crust. Made with the finest ingredients without fillers, just quality Australian produce. Frozen, 2 pcs per pack, 180g.

They freeze their catch in a way that retains its perfect texture and taste and put it into easy to manage packs for you to take home. Their fishmongers are craftsmen and the art of filleting the fish has been perfected over many years. Simply pan fry from frozen in a little oil and served on a toasted bun with coleslaw.
