Rustic and noble, this semi-salted butter (2.8%) conveys its creamy taste with hints of caramel and hazelnut. It is made from pasteurised milk produced in organic farms located in Brittany and Normandy, which are creamed and left to mature slowly for two days to thicken and develop its aromatic complexity. It then goes through a delicate process of churning and kneading, allowing to develop a unique depth of flavour and an excellent texture. 125g.
