Dry age the roast for a few days to bring out additional flavour and produce a more buttery texture. Best cooked on a skillet or BBQ after bringing meat to room temperature.

What a treat this was, very easy to cook in the oven, so tender and very tasty. It was also fantastic cold the next day served with salad. Such a joy to find such high quality meat at a very good price considering the quality and sourcing.
This is the best sirloin roast we have ever eaten in Singapore. The meat is beautifully tender and full of flavour. My husband is a huge beef fan and hasn't stopped talking about this roast!
