Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving is quickly approaching and I always love this celebration - how lovely to dedicate a holiday to gratitude. Usually, I will have a delicious roast turkey on the menu but not this year - due to Avian Flu, there has been a global shortage of turkeys. Fret not, we have some great turkey alternatives for Thanksgiving and in the meantime, are working hard behind the scenes to secure some turkeys for Christmas.
