Inverawe Scottish Smoked Mackerel Fillet, Frozen

A time-honoured smoking method gives this fillet the most delicious full-bodied oak-smoked flavour. 160g per pack, frozen.

Inveware's smoked mackerel fillets are from the Atlantic Ocean. The fresh fish are immediately filleted and transported to Inverawe's smokehouse, which is nestled on the beautiful shores of Loch Etive in Scotland. Each fish is hand cured and hung in brick kilns over oak-log fires, where it gently draws in the delicious smoky flavour. This time-honoured smoking method allows the fish to gently take up the gorgeous smoky aroma in its own unhurried time, giving the most delicious full-bodied oak-smoked flavour.  

Mackerel, salt, beech & oak smoke. It is common to find small bones in mackerel. Please do exercise caution.
