Subscription Terms and Conditions

1 Application of Terms to Subscriptions

1.1 These Terms are between you and Sasha’s Fine Foods Pte Ltd and apply to you

when you subscribe to any product(s). Note that your use of the subscription service

is also governed by our Terms of Use.

1.2 By subscribing to any products, you accept these terms, conditions, limitations and

requirements.

2 Purchase of Subscription

2.1 Eligible Goods: Subscription is limited to Goods that have an option to select

frequency of delivery. When subscribed Goods are temporarily out of stock or

unavailable for your selected delivery date, we will contact you to arrange a suitable

replacement or a refund.

2.2 Price: Price of the subscribed product(s) depends on the price of goods on the day of

purchase.

2.3 Payment: Payment for the first subscription is charged once we accept your order.

The 2nd subscription order will be charged automatically to your credit card 3 days

before the 2nd delivery date. The charging interval is every 14 days. We will send a

payment confirmation email when your order is charged. If the payment cannot be

processed due to any reason, the delivery will be suspended. We will contact you for

a valid payment method.

2.4 Changes: Should you wish to add extra items to subscription delivery, please contact

our customer service at enquiries@sashasfinefoods.com. If you wish to skip the

delivery, please contact our customer service on the same email before the order is

charged. Once payment has been made, the delivery cannot be changed.

2.5 Frequency: Your subscription will start when we confirm your payment and will

automatically create a new order according to the frequency you selected until the

subscription is cancelled. The frequency of delivery is every 14 days.

2.6 Delivery: The first order will be delivered on your chosen delivery date. The next order

will continue to be delivered every 14 days on the day of the week you selected. We

will send a delivery confirmation email on the delivery date.

3 Cancellation

3.1 You may cancel your subscription on the website in the account management section. Alternatively you can contact our customer service team by phone or email. Once the order is charged, it cannot be cancelled. We reserve the right to terminate your subscription at

any time without notice. If we do so, you will only be charged for orders that have

been delivered to you.
