The Classic Bauletto is our proposal leavened throughout the year. Perfect for both for breakfast, or as dessert after a meal paired with a cream, or as an afternoon snack. As with all of our leavened the machining process it is 4 days, with a double leavening than 72 hours. It is made only with butter, without vegetable fat, with mother live yeast to refresh every day three times a day and stuffed with Australian 5 crowns raisins and candied oranges by hand from us. Please note that the top box, at this time, will not be frosted as photos, because the high temperatures during transport could compromise the quality.
