Tsuyu is a flavourful and versatile stock. The goodness of shiitake mushrooms is highly concentrated and blended with soya sauce. The addition of organic mirin creates a deep and delicious savoury flavour with a hint of sweetness. Add four parts of water to one of Tsuyu. Serve hot or cold with cooked noodles, or as a dip for tempura. 245ml.
