    Velvety smooth and supple, these egg dumpling wrappers are made using a time-perfected recipe. These egg dumpling wrappers are great in any Cantonese or Hong Kong-style dumpling recipe. They are thinner and softer, yet able to hold up better in boiling water. Size: 80mm x 80mm. Approximately 45 pieces. Frozen.

    High protein wheat flour, pasteurised liquid egg, salt, water, lemon yellow, tapioca starch, potassium carbonate

    Top with favourite filling and fold into desired shape. Cook dumplings for 2-3 minutes in boiling water, or until they float to the surface. Serve in a broth or with a dipping sauce
