Product Description

This soft, fleshy vegetable pairs well with just about everything while providing a rich, creamy texture. They’re great fried, baked, stuffed, roasted or grilled. Sold individually, approx 300-400g.

Cooking Hint

To remove any bitterness and help the eggplant hold its shape, brine in salt water for 30 minutes before cooking.

Sourced from Malaysia, they are of the highest quality and are produced without the use of any harmful pesticides.
