 A locally-sourced unique gluten free sourdough bread with a crunchy texture, fermented overnight and baked with 7 different seeds. 630g, 10-11 slices, frozen.

Cooking Hint
Serve with warm soup, top it off with avocado or butter, or even eat it on its own.

Made with premium flours that are naturally gluten free. Baked with high fibre flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, linseeds, and black and white sesame seeds. The fermented, free-form dough is left overnight and then baked on the hearth. 

Ingredients: Sorghum Flour, Gluten Free Oat Flour, Buckwheat Flour, Chickpea Flour, Sourdough Starter (Buckwheat, Water), Sunflower Seeds, Linseeds, Arrowroot Starch, Tapioca Starch, Psyllium Husks, Golden Flaxseed, White Sesame Seeds, Yeast, Olive Oil, Salt, Black Sesame Seeds, White Chia Seeds
May contain allergens such as Sesame Seeds and made in a kitchen where tree nuts, peanuts and eggs are also handled.
