Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Made from 100% Italian olives grown in the Puglia region, this product is certified organic and cold pressed. Free of pesticides and any chemical fertilizers, this is rich in nutrients like polyphenols and oleic acid. This oil is probably too good to be used for cooking and instead should be used in salad dressings or drizzled on vegetables, meat or fish.
