This famous triple salmon terrine is created with flakes of sweet, smoky, roast salmon, Inverawe's trademark, smooth, melt-in-the-mouth smoked salmon, and smoked salmon mousse. Frozen, 350g, serves 5-6.
This makes a wonderful centrepiece and works perfectly sliced as a starter, or used on brown bread or crackers as an hors d'oeuvre. We recommend turning it out onto a serving dish while semi-frozen and then keep refrigerated until you are ready to serve.

The smoky, salty, fish flavours are perfectly balanced with mellow notes of creme fraiche and dill, and a perfect tang of lemon juice.
Queen Elizabeth loves Inverawe - she granted the smokery Her Majesty The Queen's Royal Warrant in 2002. The Triple Salmon Terrine is an annual favourite at Balmoral Castle every Christmas!
