Slow-cooked Jackfruit Rendang

Vegan kitchen, The Brook, has made this aromatic, slightly spicy dish, mixing rich flavours of rendang with fresh hints of lemongrass. 250g portion.

The highly nutritious and sustainably sourced jackfruits are coated in a semi-dry rendang paste and then slow cooked with coconut milk, lemongrass, red onion, galangal and kaffir limes. The jackfruit melts beautifully in the delicious sauce.
