Laudes Iberico Bellota is the result of acorn-fed pigs raised in freedom and the know-how of skilled artisans. Their 50% Iberian breed products come from the crossing of a 100% Iberian sow with a 100% Duroc boar. The temperature and dry air of Salamanca provide the ideal climate, where the Iberico Bellota is cured for at least three and a half years in a natural cellar.
