Kurobuta, "kuro" meaning black and "buta" meaning pig, is a type of Japanese pork that can be considered to be the equivalent of wagyu for beef. The collar is cut from the shoulder portion that runs from the neck to the tip of the loin. The meat is more marbled, juicy, and flavorful than regular pork.
It comes in Frozen condition.
