    Water, vegetables (oyster mushrooms, mushrooms, onion), vegetable oil (coconut), vegetable protein (Soya protein, Soya protein isolate, pea protein isolate), Wheat gluten, natural flavouring, starch (Wheat), Oat fibre, thickener (methyl cellulose), Barley malt extract, vinegar, colour (beetroot red), salt, preservative (lactic acid), vitamin B12.

    Made in a factory where peanuts & nuts are present.

    For best results, cook from frozen.
    1. Add oil to a frying pan
    2. Fry for ~6 mins on each side on medium heat, flipping regularly.
    3. Make sure the Burger is cooked thoroughly before eating.
    4. Serve with our Gluten Free Burger Buns.

    Note: the Burger could still remain pink in the centre when fully cooked
