An all-time favourite! Mala (spicy) tossing sauce made from aromatics, Sichuan peppercorn and spices, served with a medley of black fungus and shitake mushroom over a bed of la mian noodles. 250g, 2 servings per pack. Frozen.
Sauce : black fungus, mushrooms, mala sauce, bean paste, garlic, Sichuan peppercorn, seasoning and spices, chilli oil
Noodles: high protein wheat flour, salt, water, tapioca starch, potassium carbonate, Treha
Sauce: Heat in microwave on medium-high for about 3 min or until the centre is hot. Stir and reheat for an additional 30 sec if needed.
Noodles: Ensure noodles are at ambient temperature. Bring a large pot of water to the boil. Loosen one serving of noodles by hand. When the water starts boiling, add in one serving of noodles and spread them out with a pair of chopsticks. Cook for 50 sec, remove and shake off excess water.
To serve: Mix hot cooked noodles with hot sauce and toss evenly! Serve immediately. Do not refreeze.
