The most versatile cut of beef there is. Our grass-fed Angus Premium Beef Mince is hand-trimmed by butchers to be 90% lean. Our Premium Beef Mince is predominantly from the shin, blade, chuck and brisket. Available in two different sizes. Frozen.
Our beef is aged on the bone, you will notice that a lot less moisture comes out of the beef mince when you cook it.

I love this meat! very good for meatballs and burger. The meat is lean and no hard fat pieces inside!
For me, 500g is good for 4 ppl. So when i cook , i had to defrost half way so as to put the balance back in the freezer. Wished it comes in smaller packaging.
Taste wise, its fantastic!
Make sure to defrost fully to avoid overcooking the meat!
