We've roasted this a couple of times and despite it being on the lean side, it's always turned out moist. It has a subtle gamey-ness and delicate texture that has us coming back time and again!

Used it as roast. Turned out a little dry, perhaps the meat was too lean. Still very tender and flavourful though.
The lamb rump is one of my favourite cuts of lamb and this did not disappoint. Full of flavour and incredibly tender. Highly recommend!!
