Also called the top loin, this beautifully marbled grass-fed Angus sirloin makes for a tender, succulent roast. Impressive looking yet easy to cook, this mini roast is perfect for a fuss-free weeknight dinner. 1kg. Frozen. 

Cooking Hint

Dry age the roast for a few days to bring out additional flavour and produce a more buttery texture. Best cooked on a skillet or BBQ after bringing meat to room temperature.
