    Also known as the eye of loin, this cut is extremely lean and meaty so a small portion goes a long way. Slightly milder tasting than a leg of lamb, it can be cooked quickly while retaining its juiciness. Boneless. 200g.

    Backstrap is best barbecued, pan-fried or sliced and stir-fried. We recommend marinating with spices before cooking. Due to its low fat content, it is important to be mindful of the cooking time for tender, melt-in-the-mouth meat.
