    A classic recipe by Michelin Star Chef Julien, traditional pate made with a mixture of pork meat and seasoning and then wrapped with special dough and baked. It can be consumed chilled as an appetizer, buffet platter, sandwich, canapes and stuffing.

    Pork, nitrite salt, pork fat, white pepper , good pate seasoning, flour, butter, eggs, sugar, salt

    Note: Made in a kitchen that also handles milk, eggs, fish, crustaceans, tree nuts, sulfur dioxide, peanuts, wheat, soybean, mollusks, celery, mustard, sesame and lupin.  

    Cut into slice and serve chilled.

    1. To consume chilled as appetizer, buffet platter, sandwich, canapes and stuffing  
    2. To serve with toasted bread or crackers, pickles, mixed nuts or dry fruits and orange confit or pate de fruit.
