    A classic French signature sauce, made with red wine, butter, salt and seasonings. Ideal for beef, pork or lamb. 150ml per pack, frozen.

    Red wine, vegetarian brown sauce*, tomato sauce, sugar, onion, seasonings, flavourings, parsley, pepper, garlic

    *Brown sauce: Maltodextrin, starch, salt, rice, flour, seasoning, caramel, sugar, yeast extract, onion powder, aroma, food colouring (apple, hibiscus), xanthan gum, spices, citric acid

    Note: Made in a kitchen that also handles milk, eggs, fish, crustaceans, tree nuts, sulfur dioxide, peanuts, wheat, soybean, mollusks, celery, mustard, sesame and lupin.  

    Best to thaw before reheating

    1. Remove the pouch 
    2. Heat over medium heat for 5 minutes 

    Bain Marie

    1. Prepare a bain marie of 85 C 
    2. Put the pouch into the simmering water for 15 minutes
    1. Remove the pouch
    2. Microwave at 800W for around 3 minutes
    3. Stir the sauce and heat for another 1 minute
