Thai Spiced Australian Fish Cakes

Product Description

Caught in the pristine waters of Queensland Moreton Bay, this wild caught reef fish together with Thai spices and rice in a light panko crumb are delicious.  Frozen, 6-7 pcs per pack, 200g.

Simple to prepare, just pan fry in a little oil from frozen until golden brown. They are beautiful served with a crunchy salad.

Ingredients: Reef fish, rice, garlic, ginger, fish sauce (anchovy, water, salt, sugar), sweet chilli sauce (sugar, water, pickled red chilli, vinegar, garlic, salt), red chilli, onion, lemongrass, lime leaves, coriander, panko breadcrumbs, coconut cream, tamarind paste (tamarind, water), fish stock, lime juice, lime zest, onion, sesame oil, vegetable oil.
