Another divine offering from the innovative team at Vasse Virgin in Margaret River, Western Australia.  This Macadamia Pesto will open your palate to a whole new adventure – crunchy and wholesome sun-dried tomatoes and macadamia. I use this as I would other pestos, stirred into pasta or lathered onto bread or crackers.

Ingredients: Macadamia nuts, sun dried tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, vegetable oil, parmesan, vinegar, garlic, herbs. No preservatives. No artificial additives.
