Wicks Manor ham tastes the way a ham should - moist, tender, and full of flavour. This delicious ham is cured for 4-5 days using the Wiltshire method (brine soaking) and smoked over aromatic beechwood chips in their very own smokehouse. Ready to eat, cooked and boneless. Ready to eat, cooked and on the bone. 3.75kg. Hams are best eaten cold. They can be warmed in the oven until the temperature reaches over 70°C, but they will get slightly dryer.

Frozen hams: Defrost in the fridge for 48 hours and serve cold.
