Ingredients
- 400g spaghetti
Meatballs
- 500g pork mince
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 40g breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 30g Parmesan, finely grated
- Salt and black pepper
Sauce
- 500g marinara sauce
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C. Mix all meatball ingredients until just combined, roll into golf-ball-sized meatballs, and place on a lined tray.
- Bake meatballs for 15–18 minutes until cooked through and lightly golden.
- Cook spaghetti in well-salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
- Warm marinara sauce in a wide pan over medium heat, add baked meatballs, and simmer gently for 5 minutes.
- Add spaghetti with a splash of pasta water, toss to coat, and serve with extra Parmesan.
