Delivery Information

Safety Measures

  • Our drivers practise contactless delivery - your groceries are packed in biodegradable bags and will be placed at your door.
  • Our drivers will then wait at a safe distance of at least one metre away to ensure you have received your items.
  • Our drivers santise their hands between each delivery.
  • Our delivery vans are sanitised before and after each route.
  • Our staff are required to have their temperatures checked before they start work.
  • One metre safe-distancing is observed at our warehouse and packing areas.


Our Delivery Trucks

Our trucks are uniquely custom designed to have both frozen and chilled sections so you can rest assured that your produce will be kept at the optimal temperature while travelling to you.


Convenient Online Grocery Delivery To Suit Your Needs

  • Super convenient 1 hour time slot deliveries
    • Monday - Friday: 8am-11am
  • Wider, environmentally friendlier delivery windows
    • Monday - Friday: 8am-3pm or 4pm-8pm
    • Saturday: 8am-12pm or 2pm to 6pm

    There is no minimum order amount for home delivery. Orders of $100 and above qualify for free delivery, while orders below that amount will incur a $10 delivery fee (after any discounts and loyalty points are applied).


    Free Same Day Delivery 

    • Available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays.
    • Applies to orders with a spend of $150 and above (after any discounts and loyalty points are applied).
    • The order cut off time is 3pm for delivery the same day (Monday to Friday) and 12pm (Saturday)
    • Your delivery will then be made between 4pm and 8pm (Monday to Friday) and 2pm to 6pm (Saturday)


    Free Next Day Delivery

    • Applies to orders with a spend of $100 and above (after any discounts and loyalty points are applied).
    • The order cut off time is 3pm - this applies every day from Monday to Friday. 


    Delivery Modifications

    • Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery. Please notify us before your chosen time-slot if you are unable to receive delivery and we will do our best to accommodate you. 
    • If you wish to make any changes to your delivery, please notify us by 1pm the day before your delivery is due.
    • If our team does not receive prior notification and there is nobody at home to receive your delivery during your chosen time-slot, an additional $10 fee will be charged for rescheduled deliveries.  
    • Should any issues arise with delivery, our driver will attempt to contact you via the telephone number you have provided us with.


    Missed/Wrong/Damaged items

    If you have any issue with your delivery, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery.
