Crafted at the Ampersand Estates in Pemberton, this limited-edition gin begins with a triple-distilled base, vapor-infused with a harmonious blend of seven botanicals, including juniper, Southern Forests pepperberry, bottlebrush, orange, and rosemary. The gin is then meticulously blended with Ampersand Estates' 2022 vintage barrel-aged port, which has been delicately smoked using estate-foraged Karri bark.
