Crafted in the heart of Western Australia's Southern Forests, Ampersand Estates' 2011 Sparkling Pinot Noir Chardonnay is a harmonious blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay grapes, sourced from the cool-climate regions of Margaret River and Pemberton. This traditional method sparkling wine underwent secondary fermentation in the bottle and was aged on lees for three years, developing layers of complexity and richness.
