Crafted at Ampersand Estates in Western Australia, this unique gin draws its character from the cool-climate Pinot Noir grapes grown in the estate’s own vineyard and the natural sweetness of local strawberries.
At its heart is Rainfall’s signature triple-distilled gin, vapor-infused with a delicate mix of native botanicals and pure estate-harvested rainwater. This base is then blended with small-batch Pinot Noir and ripe Southern Forest strawberries, creating a beautifully pink spirit with both depth and vibrancy.
