10-Minute Ginger Soy Pork Stir-Fry

10-Minute Ginger Soy Pork Stir-Fry

Serving Size: 2

Ingredients

  • 250g Wicks Manor English Pork Stir Fry
  • 1 tbsp neutral oil (vegetable or sunflower)
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
  • 1½ tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp dark soy sauce (optional, for colour)
  • 1 tsp sugar or honey
  • 1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
  • 1 spring onion, sliced (optional garnish)

To serve:

  • Steamed rice or cooked noodles

Instructions:

  1. Heat a wok or large frying pan over high heat until very hot. Add the oil and swirl to coat.
  2. Add the pork in a single layer. Let it sear undisturbed for 1–2 minutes until lightly browned, then stir-fry for another 2 minutes until just cooked.
  3. Add the garlic and ginger. Stir constantly for 30 seconds until fragrant — don’t let them burn.
  4. Pour in the light soy, dark soy (if using), sugar, and sesame oil. Toss everything together for 1–2 minutes, letting the sauce coat the pork and reduce slightly.
  5. Remove from heat, garnish with spring onions if using, and serve immediately over hot rice or noodles.
