Moist, tender and full of flavour, this is a high-quality and great-tasting ham, cooked on the farm. Available smoked or unsmoked. 200g, frozen.

Cured for 4-5 days using the Wiltshire method (brine soaking), smoked in an aromatic blend of oak and beechwood (or left unsmoked), and cooked on the farm, Wicks Manor smoked ham tastes the way a ham should - moist, tender, and full of flavour.


Pork, Salt, Stabilisers (triphosphates), Preservatives (sodium nitrite, potassium nitrate), Antioxidant (sodium ascorbate), dextrose.


Our pork comes from Wicks Manor, a family-run pig farm in Essex, England. The pigs are fed a natural, nutritious diet of wheat and barley that is grown and milled on the farm property itself. They are also free to roam in large, shaded outdoor pens, and are very well taken care of by farm managers. The result is a nationally recognised, high-quality, and great-tasting pork.
