UPGRAIN® Walnut Raisin Bread boasts a semi-crusty outer layer and a delightfully soft interior, prepared without the use of egg or butter. The addition of chopped walnuts and raisins provide a crunchy texture and a mildly sweet, nutty flavour. The bread can be sliced and served as a breakfast, snack, or sliced thinly like a crostini and enjoyed on its own, with or without topping.

Wheatflour, natural fibre extracts(from grains, vegetables, and fruit), wheat gluten, toasted soy flour, rice flour, raisins, walnuts, brown sugar, sea salt, yeast.
Ready to eat after thawing. Good on its own, or with butter and cheese.
Consume within 3 days after defrosting. Stays fresh in the freezer for up to 6 months from manufacturing date.
