Mushroom and Ricotta Tortelloni. La Tua Mushroom and Ricotta Tortelloni with white wine is a dish that beautifully combines rustic charm with elegant sophistication. Each delicate, hand-made tortelloni is filled with a rich, earthy blend of sautéed mushrooms and creamy ricotta cheese.  The white wine enhances the savory mushroom filling while providing a delicate acidity that balances the richness of the cheese. Garnished with a sprinkle of fresh herbs and a touch of grated Parmesan, this tortelloni offers a perfect harmony of flavors and textures, making it a delightful experience for the palate.

Vegetarian. 250g. Frozen.

Can be served as a starter or main course. I like to drizzle mine with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes in salted boiling water. 


Pasta (56%): Flour 00 (WHEAT, Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Pasteurised Egg  (30%), Durum, Wheat Flour, Salt.

Filling (44%): Mixed Mushrooms (50%), Ricotta cheese (Milk), Italian Grated Cheese (Milk, Salt, Vegetarian Rennet, Egg Lysozyme), Pasteurised Egg, Parsley, Salt, Garlic, White Wine, Black Pepper.

Dusted with rice flour.

 

Produced in a factory that handles Wheat, Egg, Milk, Nut, Mustard, Crustacean, Fish, Celery and Soy.
