All our Koshi Hikari Rice are freshly polished to order. Grown in Niigata Prefecture, Japan, Koshi Hikari Rice is extremely aromatic with a deep umami flavour. It goes well with dishes such as Hamburg Steak and Pork Cutlets. You can also use them to make sushi and other Japanese dishes.
